Richard Corley has extensive background in the car wash industry. He owned and operated Dade City Car Wash and Quick Lube in Dade City, Florida for ten years before obtaining his Florida Real Estate License. In 2005, he made the decision to work directly with buyers and sellers of small businesses to ensure smooth, hassle-free transactions. He has a talent for evaluating each business to determine if the business is, in fact, salable and if so provide a plan to market it.
